Ahmet İlhan was born in 1992 in Nicosia. He completed his primary education at Near East Elementary School in 2003 and continued his secondary and high school education at Near East College, graduating in 2010. His early education provided a strong foundation for his academic interest in computer engineering and related technologies.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Near East University in 2014 and began his academic career in the same year as a research assistant in the Department of Computer Engineering. He completed his Master’s degree in 2016, with his thesis focusing on image processing, marking the beginning of his specialization in this field.

After completing his master’s studies, he continued his academic career as a full-time lecturer, actively combining teaching with research. His scholarly work includes peer-reviewed publications in international journals and conferences, with research interests centered on image processing, computer vision, deep learning, medical image analysis, and artificial intelligence-based systems.

He completed his doctoral studies in 2022, further strengthening his academic profile through advanced research on deep learning and intelligent systems. His ongoing work contributes to the development of innovative methodologies and applications in artificial intelligence and computer engineering.
