
He was born in 1974 in Ankara. He graduated from Anıttepe High School in 1992. After finishing high school, he entered the Near East University Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture. After studying in this department, he spent one year in the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering. He graduated from this department in 2002. While studying in Computer Engineering, he worked at Hacettepe University Computer Center, where he took part as a tester and developer in several university-related projects written in PHP and C programming languages. At Başarı Telekom, he participated in software development and worked as a tester for Java-compatible telephones using WML Script and Java programming. At the same time, he worked as a WAP expert at the Informatics Exposition in 2001.
After graduating from university, he worked for a while at Meteksan’s Mobile Information and Communication Technologies Joint Stock Company. Within the scope of an agreement with Turkcell related to Java-compatible telephones, he worked as a tester on games developed in Java programming language. He also participated in a follow-up program project for Tablet PCs developed for the Security Forces Director’s Office.
Between March 31, 2003, and March 31, 2004, he completed his military service as an officer in ADESTİM (Artillery Fire Support Team) at the 3rd Armored Brigade Artillery Battalion in Tekirdağ.
Between 2004 and 2007, he worked with TUSAŞ Aerospace Industries (TAI) through its solution partners, ESC Data Processing and RAPID Information and Communication Technologies Software Hardware Consultancy and Telecommunication Construction Industry Trade Ltd. Co. Within the scope of an agreement with TAI, he served as a project supervisor in the development, training, and support of an accounting information system written in Smalltalk and using a DB2 database for Social Security Hospitals, Health Directorates, and the Accounting and Financial Affairs Directorate. At the same time, he contributed to the establishment, training, and support processes of an E-Health Project aimed at enabling interaction between regional Health Directorates and smaller community health facilities. This project included a First Step Data Bank system developed in Java programming language.
Between 2007 and 2008, he delivered lectures on Visual Basic, C#, and Java to civil servants and private sector employees at Ankara BIM Computer Course.
From 2012 to 2016, he worked as a Web Officer at the Center for Innovation and Information Technologies at Near East University. During the same period, he also served as a lecturer in the Information Systems Management Department.
Since 2016, he has been working at Near East University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Information Systems Engineering. He also continues his duties as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the same university.
